Applied for a logbook for a bike my dad got at a police auction.
Couldnt find the shit with the reg on it so phoned DVLA before sending, was told to leave the reg blank and enclose a letter explaining and theyd take care of it.
3 weeks later documents return asking for me to supply registration, phoned UK parts distirbutor and got the reg over the phone from the VIN no in the space of 5 minutes, returned the forms again.
Now they've sent them back asking for the - Make, Model & VIN number, its all listed on the fucking logbook application how retarded can these cunts be
Cost me £2 a time for recorded mail, fuckwits.

Stick the kettle on once you've dialled their number and selected about 100 different menu options, most of which probably get you through to the same call centre.
