How they can actually enforce this is a joke!

whats to say a house that uses the hosepipe once a week to wash a car uses more water than a house where someone has 3 showers a day?

i would never take notice of anything like this.

The Water Police.

The punishment is they shove a firemans hose up your backside and wash your mouth out.

I doubt they are bothered with car washers. It's more people like my old man who leave the hose running for hours in the garden.

The stopping car washing is a joke when you consider that washing a car will not even use as much water a a single bath takes.

Lol at the people who will wash cars regardless, something that doesn't really matter.

Who cares if there's none left to drink.

How long do you think the bottled water would last if there was none left coming out of the taps?

Businesses aren't normally affected by hose pipe bans.

So far. If the drought becomes as bad as they claim it potentially will though, I (and other businesses obviously!) will be screwed

Sounds like bad news. I don't have a car to wash until summer, and going to need lots of water to clean all my parts. Planned to jet wash all my subframe etc.

What the actual definition of a hosepipe?

It's never stopped me before. Usually happens every year. We get the constant rain and then a hose pipe ban as it's a bit warm elsewhere. Fuck it. I live in a shit weather area and I'll use as much as I fucking want!
