Booking flights for Cardiff to Majorca with Vueling Airlines and trying to book an emergency exit seat because I'm 6'4 and struggle for legroom.
Vueling supposedly use all Airbus A320's, and this should mean emergency exit rows are 12 and 14 and have 30 rows of seats but the seating plan thats coming up only has 25 rows instead of 30 and the emergency exit looks around 10-11 but not sure which.
Anyone know?

Rick Draper will know. He walks the aisles of planes daily.

Not the same airline I know but this shows a BA A320 to have the exits and rows 10 and 11 http://www.seatguru.com/airlines/British_Airways/British_Airways_Airbus_A320-200_B.php

They have 50 A320-200 and 1 A319-100
there are 30 rows of seats, lots of airlines will have them numbered 1 - 31 as they omit row 13!
seating plans for A320-200 are as follows

I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

Then they have spaced their seats out more so you will get more leg-room on a standard seat than normal.

Look on the floor when you get on the plane, the seats are on rails so they can be removed/added quickly, they can also be bolted down at different spaces

From the horses mouth
http://www.vueling.com/EN/info/faq.php
====================================
How is the aircraft designed? How are the emergency exit rows designed? How are the rows along the wings of the aircraft?
Remember that Vueling only operates new aircraft, the latest generation Airbus A320. Furthermore, it’s the first Spanish company that directly allows you to choose your favourite seat.
Here you have an aircraft seating plan so you can choose. Remember if you have a ticket and didn’t reserve your seat, or you want to change it, you can do so in the “Changes and itinerary” section.
For safety reasons, children under 15, disabled or obese passengers, babies, senior citizens and pregnant women cannot occupy the emergency seats situated in Rows 12 and 14.
====================================
FYI, airlines decide their own seating width and pitch so it is difficult to say which rows occupy the emergency exit doors for each aircraft. Even within the same airline, the configuration may be different depending on the requirements of the aircraft.

You were probably unlucky enough to get their sole A319. It is a shorter aircraft so the exit rows will be in different spots.
