It's £375 on MCS direct plus £12.50 for delivery. If you phone inn the morning it usually comes next day

yeah - which means they will deliver on any of those days - i think. I phoned them up and made sure it was in stock and got it the next day.

It's Friday today ant it tomoz, ordered it with Cel-Direct cos they do Saturday Del...!!

Look for some web reviews. Easiest way. Also take a look at some of the newer Alpines as I like their sound. You could also goto a local ICE shop to listen/play with em all then just order off the net.

As a rough guide it's prolly ok as it's not too flashy with loadsa gadgets you pay for which make it pricey but sound crap...

...I mean like some Nachamichi -- looks like a standard stereo but costs £1k and sounds awesome.

I have this and think it is quality. Good sound to it I have had it for around a year and had no problems what so ever *touch wood*

I've got Alpine but not keen on it I like the Pioneer sound!!

I used to have the Pioneer AVH-P6400R TV Unit sold it now - but just love Pioneer!! Is it easy to set up sub features etc... all good??!

Ye go for it m8, looks like a quality head unit. im after one at the moment. my car got broken into 3months ago or so and i had bout 300quid towards it then as i needed to buy a new mp3 player. Its now 3 months down the line and i am in debt 200quid - but anyways i will get it soon

u cant go wrong wiv a pioneer i dont think

Yeah piece of piss! Just put cd in it reads and plays it's like having a mulit-stack press the ^ arror to change folders and it plas then >skip to go next track etc etc...

Yeah the bit you see on the picture comes off but there is actually another face behind it with pictures graphic eq's etc... well impressed!!

Yeh but your Pioneer unit did cost more than double what ur Alpine unit did. Cant really compare the two in my opinion. Its like comparing my corsa to a scooby!!

I'm sure if u spent £400 on an Alpine unit it'd also sound awesome.
