I came across this 2 weeks ago online, and after phoneconversations with the then owner I decided it was worth the 75 mile drive to go and take a look.

Apart from being filthy, it was straight (HPI and overall condition) aside from all 4 wheels looking tired and some nearly dead tyres.

Full spec;

2008/08 Registration
197 FF + CUP Chassis
Recaros
Ultra Red
Ipod + Stereo Upgrade
Elec Folding Door Mirrors
Darkened Glass
Auto Lights
Auto Wipers

1 previous owner
full renault service history
6 months Tax

Since I have bought it, I have done;

4 x wheel refurb (wheel specialist)
4 x Hankook V12
MOT - passed, no advisories
Full clean and Autosmart Tardis session as it was caked in tar!


















As for my plans for it...i'm not sure? I intend to take it to Coombe next month, but may even sell it as I dont have a need for it?

Late night Autotrader browsing and bought it on a whim tbh. I convinced myself that it will get used for trackdays and weekends....

Get mine back this week with a new rad and alternator belt, gonna stick some 4 new Conti Sport Contact 3's on it and get to Combe

I've got an oil pressure fault as well but I think thats just flashing up as a result of water leak etc

CSC3's and straight to the track, you must be made of money. I will barely get a track day out of my current set and they aren't even that old

They are only 400 for a set and you live in Oz where it's boiling hot and it boils your tyres
