A good friend of mines called stuart who lives across the road has had this little number for a lot of years and spoke about it a lot when i was painting his garage. Basically started life as a brickies van to sell and transport bricks, then went on to be used in a local airport and other owners basically lived a harsh life, gives the car a little character tho 
Now I would say stuart is what you would call seriously old school cant be fucked with nor understands what this generation does with cars and thinks its all a load of pish tinkers away in his garage most nights doing odd bits on his bikes and cars and is quite laid back and old in his ways. Loves rough and ready sort of cars with a less modern touch of mechanics.
Just did it as a hobby or to pass the time and wasnt really fussed on having it super clean or done to what others would do, got the car painted up himself in an old leaky garage and polished it for years with just bars of soap and spit he had been losing interest in the car of late and was thinking of selling it as an unfinished project, so in a bid to get him back into told him I would come round and help sort some orange peal paint work and educate him a little then get it on ebay for him, ended up fitting some bits messing around and kinda worked he's sleeping on it tonight.
Anyway heres a few pics, a lot of it is WIP or to be ripped out fixed, painted or repaired
