i was just wondering if anyone has done or hird of the DVD called insanity its a 60 day work out dvd im just wondering what results have people got from this as im thinking of starting it and is it hard

Ive supplied both to numerous amounts of people on here. Funny enough im doing a copy of insanity as i type for a mate.

Very very intense, but the result seem to be amazing if followed strictly

nobody on here has done it to my knowledge, i did 60 days of p90x, my diet was very good but not perfect and the change was 100% noticable.

Insanity is pure Cardio iirc and is very intense (obviously) so you wont see massive muscle gains because of this but you will shed fat faster.

its popular that people do a mix of the two.

just been looking at the site and apparently it is a mix between cardio and using techneake to get muscular gain ext i guess i will have to give it a shot and let people know what the out come is lol its meant to be solid and hard to do

i will do after i have tryed this got to think of it that round were i live gym memberships are not cheap and got ne one to go with for a bit compatition so i chose to do this im not paying anything for the insanity work out as im getting it from my mate

I've got a VERY good insanity set now. Along with p90x which plays on pc/smaller screens best. £20 delivered 15 DVDs in total
