Which is best?

Also how low can i go just on springs without having to purchase dampers etc......

go 4 the induction kit 4 one they look better and perform better getting more air where needed can give 4 - 6 bhp so they say and i would go no lower than 40mm with out lowering shox

actually induction kits lose power on GSI's, they suck hot air, not good, modify your air box get a panel filter much better gains ask any one

yeah agree 40mm max without shox but even then the ride is HARSH get dampers as soon as possible
