Hello everyone how are we all? Heres the story im thinking of buying a friends c20let corsa from him basically he bought the c20let in a black corsa took it off the road as wasnt happy with the way it has been put together, he has since bought another shell to put it into. Due to lack of time and motivation he no longer can be arsed with the job in hand. Ive owned many cars in the past included a c20 xe but never the c20let the last few years ive been into me jap stuff still own one of me skylines.
But now would like to have a go at a c20 let.
As the engine etc is already out of the car i would like to change anything that needs it, do what ever upgrades are worth it so when i put the engine in the new shell should fingers crossed give me some trouble free driving well thats the plan.
So i would like some advice from you guys,
What parts would you replace or upgrade while the engine was out?
How much would this cost?
What suspension and brake system would you go with and why?
What exhaust system would you use?
Also is there any local guys with knowledge near me that dont mind getting there hands dirty lol

Theres plenty of conversions in the " project " thread, lots of engines been chucked in mainly c20xe's but theres a few nice x16xe / x14xe conversions aswell, have alook through the build threads, worth the read
