4500-5000
E - didnt read the trade in, based apon dealers being greedy nabs I think 3500 would be their top wack.

I've got a price for trade, it's miles off what my expected figure was.

By miles off do you mean well under?
Small low mileage diesel should be pretty sought after at the moment, how bad are the battle scars?

I got little over 2k for a 07 punto. Reckon I could have sold it for more but couldnt be bothered with the hassle.

Quite bad scratches on front and back bumpers from hitting walls, door is all chipped from hitting a wall and at least one rear quarter has been driven down something.
If I said above or below it would make it too easy.

Judging by your attempt to make this car sound quite bad I'm betting you were offered more lol

Crazy prices! But it's supply and demand I guess.. big demand for little and practical economical diesels.

Depends on the price of what you're looking at?
My old work used to give huge trade ins but the cars on the forecourt were very overpriced, so it balanced out to the same really.

I know how it works, I've bought a few cars.
It's against a new Juke and it's all in a good deal.

Except that you now have to drive a Juke.
