Ignore it! They can send as much as they want, they'll go away in the end. These companies tickets are not worth the paper they're written on in court.

The 'fine' isn't a fine, it's an invoice for something that they can't prove you agreed to. If they were to take it to court (completely hypothetical, it's not worth it to them) they would only be entitled to the money they lost by you parking there, ie. on a pay and display it would be whatever fee should have been paid for the length of time you were parked. If your ticket was purely for not parking in a marked space and it was a free car park then they're entitled to nothing at all.

You'll get the final reminder letter a few times probably, probably the exact same letter. I had the same then they stopped all of a sudden. Wouldnt worry about it

I fnd it funny that CAB have told you what to do, but you're asking a car forum for a second opinion. Other way round usually I'd have thought

iirc mine was a TCP one (got it twice) and paid both times as i was young and naive at the time (living at my parents, didn't want people come knocking on their door).

would i fuck pay it now though, would go straight in the bin, or on a mates car for a laugh.

They might even pass it on to a 'debt collection agency' - still ignore it, they can't legally do anything that doesn't cost them more money - apart from bully you with paperwork.

I would only do something about it if you get actual court paperwork - although I highly doubt you would.

It costs more than £60 to take someone to court, not worth their while.

Although if you lose in Court you get ordered to pay their costs do you not?

Yep if in the extremely unlikely event it did go to court, you would have to pay court costs + fine + solicitor fees.

if it does il just say i thought it was junk mail... she never actually stuck the ticket on the car. as she leaned over to stick it on i started to reverse
it was that funny i thought i stop for a second then she leaned over to stick it on again so i reversed a bit more kept teasing her and all the taxi drivers were laughing

i only parked over two bays as the car that was next to me on arrival was about 1 foot over the line but they had left by the time i came out
