Started doing it yesterday, no idea why, just does this;
Everything else works. Pages load, downloads, even porn works , just no YouTube.
Ideas?

Same thing happens on Safari at home. if I open a page in the background the video will not load when I switch to the tab so I have to reload to get it to work.

update flash player
right click and click/unclick the "enable hardware acceleration" box, see if that helps.

Was going to suggest what young Adrian here has said.
Try that rather than another browser first.
Also, clear your temporary Internet files cache in Firefox too.
