Author scammed on ebay

basically, ebay user was selling 1tb hard drives, few had already sold, so i bought one aswell. but now its been removed from ebay, with a message underneith about claiming money back. do i do this through paypal or ebay? it does say to wait 10 days to see if i recieve the item, but as ebay have removed it im sure that i wont be, so ideally would like to try claim money back asap

not sure, got a feeling there account may of been hacked or something maybe, they had sold over 100 of them , but just after i bought mine, it then got removed by ebay
