Left my brake pad change abit late and now i have rusty dust bonded to my wheel

How can i get it off?

I've seen people use clay bars to get brake dust off with good results

Is it iron x that detailers use for industrial fall out, red stuff I think and can see it working like tar remover?

Couldnt find iron x on polished bliss website but they have a similar thing for cleaning wheels and a deironiser
