2/3 pages are the norm for a CV. You'd need more than that to cover your employment history/business ventures

Being serious now,
on that site, the most impressive IMO are 'chris spooner's' one & 'niamh redmond' as they are clear, to the point and not over the top. Although I look at engineers CVs and Admin Staff so previous work experience for me is key, whereas web designers would be education and experience perhaps.
