My boss told me today that she no longer has to pay double time on public holidays if I'm working for her.
AND I am entitled to 4 weeks paid holiday, unless I'm in education.
I'm 19 next month and been there nearly 3 years.
Just curious, cant find anything online (Ciziten Advice etc)

Check ur contract, and if it states anything about, see ur solicator, it may be legally binding, so they will have to pay

your are entitled to 4 weeks holiday but your not entitled to public holidays as far as I am aware.
