Does anyone have a sensation on o2 and have problems with texts coming through slowly and the internet generally being slow/rubbish?

Its not a software issue as its been updated, so I can only think its something to do with the network/signal?

i work for o2, lots of complaints about the network at the moment. apparently there is major upgrade work happening across the UK in preparation for 4g rolling out next year. basicly, it'll be bad before it gets better.
