Here is my ///M3, I collected it last night and I am so glad I took the plunge.. love it.

Pics from the advert..

gave it a quick wash up.. my shamois is knackered so I couldnt dry it... need a proper sessionon it maybe next sunday morning

a few pics I took after a run to the metrocentre

my fave pic

parking sensors - missed these

My plans are basicly a few small touches:
Refurb wheels in gunmetal grey
have matt plastic parts ie: grills, vent ect painted gloss black or similar
centre console and grab handles wrapped in carbon effect stuff then laquered
led bulbs all round
smoked indicators all round
smoked led rear lights
some sort of airbox mod or something
possible cat back or back box with nicer tips
lower -30mm on eibachs or something
treat leather to tidy up
maybe a couple carbon treats
paint calipers black
fit pressed private plates

right my questions:
the seats arent terrible by a long shot but i want them tidied... whats that leather stuff you lot love?

what do these buttons do? i know some but i will ask about all

Traction Control - Sound upgrade (not sure if it's a Harmon Kardon thing if you have it) - Tyre Pressure Monitor to turn it off it it comes on - Sport button improves throttle response, it's a load of crap

Looks nice mate

the sport button works on mine. if you press it whilst touching the throttle whilst driving, you can feel the change.

feels like it's gone from having a long reach pedal to a shorter one.

Looks really good that John.

Watch out for the ///M purists though, they will have a heart attack if they see that pic with the Nankang tyres on the rear, saying it clearly hasn't been pre-owned by some1 who has taken care of it or changed things with no expense spared.lol.

Shit pics

Not keen on the wheels tbh, they would look 100x better polished.

Lowered and polished wheels and that will be perfect!

Looks a bit bland/same as normal E46's to me atm

Oh yeah it works, but it's dog shit to drive with, near impossible to keep a slide as its so sensitive

By the looks of that rear tyre, a previous owner has tried a drift and failed lol. Possibly why the wheels have been painted black.

I don't drift but it loves a cheeky power slide and it's quicker to let it slide a bit than TC cut in :-) it all comes in time

This was my mates old one in case you want some ideas as its the same colour. Genuine csl bootlid and wheels, carbon defuser, german style plates (love them on the M3). I wanted to buy this off him but he said he would never sell to his mates
