14 Coolant Temperature Sensor (CTS) Low voltage
What does that mean? I've fitted a new CTS, plugs are ok and I've reset the ECU but still get the code?

mine did this mate, I swapped the CTS twice. Eventually stripped the loom back as I had a similar fault with a TPS and found both wires had split where they come up through the bulkhead

Oh dear, how hard is it to strip back? did you have to take the loom of my car?
This could be another reason my car revs its tits off on its own amongst other things
