hi, i was just wonderin cause i have had Freeserver ADSL for at least 8months and ive never been Disconnected, it is running at 78bps. what company and connection u lot on, and how much do u pay monthly?

Currently blueyonder at home... 2mbit trial, but normally 1mbit...

£39.99/month cos I don't take any of their other services (normally £35/month).

It's split between three of us in this flat though so it's not pricey...

im with BT 512 home (512 down/256 up). Had it for three years and its been down for about 3 days. Currently been connected for 4 months uninterrupted. could never go back to dial up if i had the choice!

freeserver are really good if anyone is thinking about tryin 2 get DSL. I pay £29.00 a month, i think.

i couldnt ever go bac 2 dial up either lol, it would be so strange 4me, DSL is the best or i wonder does any1 have a T3 or T1+

i reckon its worth the money definately. the amount of time me and my sister spend on the net, no1 cud ever get through before. I also have 5000 mp3's, every southpark ep made, 2 series of futurama and 61 DVD quality movies. (obviosuly i own the originals...)

its so fast at downloading vids and music, i currently have 4507 songs. but its filling my computer up

can u get more than 512 DSL without paying stupid prices? The BT 1mbps business line is almost £100 a month!

i know thats a t3 aint it? all the business have them, or i mean all the good ones. yeh u can get 600 DSL m8 aswell 4 the same money

i reckon it depends where u live, the more people who go on in ur area slows down your connection thats a buggar, but u dont notice that much

I've got a 10mb/s connection at Uni, and a shitty 56k dialup at home. Lets just say theres a slight difference
