well.... i don't think i could be!

my mate is a fireman and he went to a car accident last night where 2 people in the back of a shogun had been scalped because they weren't wearing a seatbelt and they were covered in blood. their shogun it a tree.

and he's been to a couple of crashes where 2 of my mates were killed.

i don't think i could do it

Yeah they have a height limit so you can work in confined spaces.....6ft 4 is above that limit

My uncle is a fireman. His mate is the one that got that special award for what he did when that bomb went off in bali or wherever it was. Its lots of work for not much money.

I'm a retain ed firefighter in my spare time, just recently joined, so still doing the training. The money is rubbish, but I'm not doing it for that it's the job satisfaction and enjoyment you get out out of it

Younger brother is Retained, would join myself but don't work anywhere near close enough.

Yeah, the car accidents are the worst part, after his first fatality he gave my sisters mates a bollocking for driving like twats, said he never wanted to turn up at an accident and find one of them.

my dad is one been one for 21 years nearly 22 got in when he was 18 and a half hes 40 now he hates it now due to the change and i think coz he been in so long i want to get in but wont be till i am 21 ish he says dont do it . mula is crap for the jobs they get.
