Wouldn't have happened if you were wearing your seatbelt.

I think the laws more to do with the travel, ensuring there is enough room so that your tyres do not scrub the arch.

To be expected really. Not wearing a seat belt you're asking to be pulled. While the copper is at it he might as well look round the car.

The copper has probley seen the aftermath of people not wearing their seat belt.

I hate not wearing a seat belt. It feels wierd. I only do it when pulling out of a multistory etc and that plenty enough. Stupid risk to take tbh. It's not a hard task to belt up.

yea it just feels so unnatureal not to have a belt on! really dont understand peoples logic in not having a belt on? sure it runs in familes a bit tho, my parents drilled it into me at young age to always put belt on! now i dont even think about it just do it automatically!

I do 95% of the time have my belt on but the times I don't is from jumping in cars all day long and driving round the yard with out one I just forget when I get in mine. Granted I normally remember about a minute down the road.

Can't remember the last time I wore a seatbelt.

Always used to 100% but after a few jobs as a valeter and car salesman etc I was always jumping in and out of cars in quick succession and very quickly subconsciously stopped putting it on and it's now a habit I've gotten into.

If you crash and hit your face against the windscreen then it properly fucks your head up. Closed casket funeral for sure.

was it you who had a massive accident that caused your girlfriend at the time to be brain damaged? i think something like that would teach me to be safe.

I always wear mine. Put it on as soon as I get in, I feel 'naked' without it on
