So you drink beer all the time, unless you go out round town?

You're doing it wrong mate.

Used to make me laugh when i went to the gym with my mate, he went as many times as me and had a decent-ish diet but couldnt understand why he had a massive beer belly and i didnt. He had a few beers nearly every night and went mental at weekends Told him if he wanted rid he would have to cut down on the beer. "Nah cant do that mate"...Well then

My 1 and only problem with my weight and health. I don't even get the choice, if I'm out I'm getting a pint

Doesn't matter when I play 5's 3 times a week, Badminton once and running another for 6 weeks in a row. I can feel as fit as a fiddle but I cannot shift the gut.

In the same boat here. Would be on pints most the night when on the lash and as the years are getting on the gut started appearing.

Started having Gin and lemonade's now - really refreshing and doesn't give me anywhere near the hangover vodka does

You'll find its not.

Basicly your looking at a gin and slimline. Or just straight spirits. Its the mixer that gets you.
