Real easy there are 2 ways either file them back or totally remove them and bond the arch's back on.

*jack rear of car up
*take off your arches
*take out bolts (5 of)
*Use an automotive sealant to stick arches back on
*done
shud be able to complete in bout 30mins

easier if you take the rear wheels off first then de-bolt them
think they are 10mm or 13mm bolts cant remember exactly
