weight is about 12 and a half to 13 avarge build as in dont work out and not sure about my calorie intake tbh i eat all sorts at the min and trying to do everything all at once

Of course i eat solids, but that was on top of what whittie said.
A good bulking food is ambrosia tinned rice.

eat big, get big.
steak, tuna, salmon, mackerel, pasta, wholegrain bread, oats, peanut butter, eggs, rice, green vegetables & fruit.
and add supplements, work out and train hard, exact to start seeing results in 3 months.

I'm getting bigger, eatingin everything, but trying to keep as much as i can to pasta/chicken/tuna. trying to hit 3000+ calories a day
Smashing the weight gain and creatine too.

im likeing the sound of eat as much as i can i intend on going to buy to suppliments tomorrow while im in the town see what i can get
i start the gym tomorrow night as well thank god for work and discount im just trying to get a decent diet together in the next 24 hours to start everything
and to top it off ill gain weight as im am quitting smoking as off tomorrow as well

You'll notice the main difference after 4 weeks, just keep eating everything in sight.

well looks like i got to kic start my motabalisam again lol iv only just slowed it down because i was piling on the fat haha but saying that i wasnt hitting the gym and i work in a call centre on my ass all day :s

how tall are you? if your 13 stone and say 5 foot 7 or whatever then eating everything in sight probably wont be the best way for you.
You might be better concentrating on eating healthier, losing some fat and getting fitter, then concentrate on putting some lean muscle on.

also if you want to just get ripped then you probably need a calorie deficit and lots of cardio to get your bodyfat down.
although to get "ripped" and get abs or bodyfat to that low a % is going to require much more then a few months work i would imagine.

im 5ft9 mate and thats what i have done for the last month and a half is eat better and reduce my food intake to reduce fat % lost quite a bit of weight in that time so far
i do want to get ripped but i just want a decent diet to do it with
