Saw you bring it on Saturday I think. Was there for mx5's. Some awesome cars on the time attack practise session including a naughty looking vx220 and a 1200bhp skyline

You don't need a cage in club class mate, there's a few things you do need such as harnesses, fire extinguisher, laminated screen etc, it's all listed in the regulations on there website.
As for costs it's £340 per entry, each round
£35 time attack membership
£39 sticker pack
£10 + £10 deposit to hire lap timer.

No mate just a hand held jobbie.
As for the licence you need a National B non race licence, £41 from msa.

Have a look at MSA blue book regs as a starting point. TA Club regs are just short of these but it maybe worthwhile getting a car to basic MSA regs.
A basic pull chord (2 nozzle) fire-ext isnt much more than a handheld.
Engine cut off is good practice to have if using on track a lot.
Rain light - again handy, and pretty cheap at <£20 for the wee round LED ones.

You only need a Race B when entering ClubPro or above.
That Nat B Non-Race can be done on the day of competition too
