Ok 26 5 foot 8 and weight 12 stone. Happy with my body apart from my stomach we bit of a belly make matters worse BMI calculator says im obese lol
Ive cut out fizzy juice, junk and sweets and cut my calories daily total to less than 1500 and this is my 2nd week.
Coping pretty easy but should or do i need to do some stomach excersise to see results or will the diet be enough

Excersize plus calorie deficit of around 500cals will lose you 1-2lb a week. Eating less than you should can have negative effects as well, so workout your calorie needs by googling BMR
You cant spot target fat loss, so you just have to stick with it.

Situps don't help lose fat. They will help strengthen your core, but they don't lose fat.

Just eat clean. Cut fats out if your diet, eat carbs early in day or before excercise.

Some fat in your diet is essential, vitamins a,d,e and k are fat soluble so require fat. Cut down saturated fat, have no more than 20g a day, beware of unsaturqted fat levels but don't try and cut out totally, say 30-40g a day.

Isn't it around 40% carbs 30% protein/fat that you should try achieve?
I'm doing roughly 50/30/20 while on insanity and energy levels are good and I seem to be loosing fat well so far
