I have been asked to make a performance inlet manifold for the small block engine.
Just finishing the first batch and should be ready by 23rd July.
Obsessive Performance Disorder Inlet Manifold for X14 X16
Some factors which make mine differant to the others on the market I have seen -
- They are made from high grade 3.5mm stainless.
- Intake holes are oval and fit to the perfect profile of the gasket to allow max air flow.
- Throttle body has the correct flange and bolt fitment.
- All made and lazer cut so each item is perfect everytime, only the front face is welded the rest of the inlet has been pressed shaped.
- Fully TIG Welded to a high standard.
- Item can be polished to a high shine.
Product comes as inlet, bolts, vac take off etc everything minus gaskets (but can supply at extra cost)
Prices are coming in around the following (just need to confirm prices)
- £85plus shipping Standard Brush Stainless Finish.
- £110 plus shipping Inlet painted to colour you choose.
- £120 plus shipping Inlet High Polish Finish
(Shipping is £9)
Also can come with weld cleaned off but i like the colours
The above prices make them the best quality, finish, fitment and price on the market.
EDITED WITH NEW PRICE BECAUSE STAINLESS MATERIAL HAS GONE UP, PHOTOS ARE ON THE OTHER PAGES OR SEARCH ON EBAY

Lifetime guarantee as I know my product fits right and is made to a very high standard unlike others on the market.
I will let the customers choose and my product do the talking.
There are others being sold on here which have now all of a sudden been price dropped, as a customer would you rather have an inlet with the correct number of bolts holding the throttle body on, the correct shape intake holes, a solid throttle cable braket, inlet made from a high grade material etc or would they rather save £25 an get a far lesser quality product.
Any more questions feel free to ask.
These will also be listed on eBay once finished.

what performance gain are you likely to get around on this from a standard X14XE engine and how do you go about fitting?

The cut out on the throttle body flange follows the the contours of the throttle body so the max amount of air gets into the engine (not boxed in welded on the photos there the last jobs).
Performance increase is around 15-20bhp on a standard engine standard ecu, I will also be offering ECU chips to go with the inlets (not needed) just working on that at the moment. So customers can get everything in one package to see a good power increase for around £150'ish.
Thanks

ECU software will be done within the next 7-10days, then I will be offering tuning packages for different stages. Trying to source 4-2-1 manifolds aswell.

is youre ecu software going to be any good with the multec ecu as used on corsa gsi's with c16xe's? and will the chips come with a raised limiter or standard limiter?

The software will raise the limiter yes as it would be stupid not to it seams a standard thing to do on these engines.
Send me the number off your ECU and i will see what i can do to help you.

I know this may seem like an odd request as them welds are neat but is there any way extra weld could be used to round the edges off?

They look stunning! Interested in the exhaust manifolds, I need one for an astra mk3 running an X16XEL.
As far as I can tell from searing part numbers on EPC, the Corsa B and Astra Mk3 share the same manifold and down pipe on the X16XE and XEL engines, so I can only assume a corsa 4-2-1 manifold would fit my car?
