whats happend mate for you to need to clean it they are a seald unit usualy only thing that useualy gets in them and fucks them up is liquid

Well my car is running like shit like eml on now and than not revving properly etc.... A got told to try and clean ecu?

probably meant clear. get a washing up bowl fill with warm water and some mr muscle. leave to soak for a while then shake loose water out and should be fin

So if a haven't got MR muscle then should a use fairy liquid or cif or what?

Don't submerge electrical items in water. Especially your ECU (like the electrical brain of your car).
