currently up in the air with no gearbox.
Been through 2 5sp boxes this year... one went in the final of KH TimeAttack, did a medium boost 55sec lap and just shat its self on full boost... stripped 3rd gear and then lost all gears with the resulting 'mess' in the box.
Stripped 3rd at TOTB a few weeks back...
Decided to take the plunge and bought a sequential. OS Giken 6sp
That puts buyung a 35 GTR off for a while longer :/

Thats a hollinger sequential with a GearTronics paddle shift system. Pneumatic ram push/pulling the level via signals from paddles.... ign cut to disengage gears etc for flat up shift, prob throttle blipper for clutchess downshifts too

Sounds fun, iv got a job coming up for conocophillips in the sns. its my first north sea trip so had to renew all my certs last week at falck! hate that fucking pool. iv never covered the uk sector before iv always been in the middle east, brazil, kazakhstan and algeria. so only offshore in brazil where most of the rigs are brand new! get your own room fast internet with flatscreen tv's etc. so im a bit nervous of the living conditions.

Is that where you lay lots of sensor over the ground and set off a big explosion. The readings picked up from the soundwaves tells you if we have any hydrocarbons in the ground?

on land yes, not sea... pressurised air guns for the 'bang' in sea.
Some dude in an office then looks at results from hydrophones/geophones and interprits it..... the surveys i do now arent looking for oil as such, more monitor oil, info for drilling decisions, water injection etc
