Been sent this link tonight. Probably a load of bollocks but just wondered if anyone else has heard of any other possible legislation proposals from organisations like FIVA and BIVA.

not to mention every car factor and halfords would go out of business probably as how do you define the word modifying????? to me a bulb from halfords is not a vauxhall part so could this be classed as modified? its such a massive thing it would take a massive and time consuming effort to riddle this in.

ive heard about this every year since i past my test when i was 17 and im now 29 and nothing has changed lol

Government cant even get drivers to tax, mot and insure cars never mind drive them unmodified.

What they planning on doing with all those corsas with 14" tsw's on from 1999? Can hardly demand everyone bin anything that may be classed as a modification.

What about Police Cars, Ambulances, Fire Engines.... they are standard and then modified...

It says at the bottom it excludes them and a few other vehicles like farm stuff
