Maybe but i do like how they look like when i put nice wheels on it and paint the calipers. SO how hard is to put it ? Is there any Corsa B with factory rear disc brakes ?

Non from factory on B's. There's conversion plates you can get to weld onto to axle then you can run I think Astra rear discs. Someone on here used corsa c rear discs I believe and seemed pretty straight forward. Just the handbrake cable was a bit tricky. Search the projects and builds section. Quite a few cars have them now

Click my project thread and go through it, it's all in there somewhere. I recomend buying the plates tho instead of cutting the ones of the donor axle.

when i did my corsa i used the mtech kit from lmf vauxhall, it made it alot easier, ive did it by cutting the plates off a donor car in the past but by far the easiest option to buy the kit which gives you everything except the handbrake cable but it does give you the part number so you can order it

Just fit a complete corsa c rear beam on that way you know it's straight. I have discs on the back of my corsa and they piss all over the drums so well worth while IMO on a track car as long as there biased correctly but may be over kill on road car

discs are loads better than drums. my drums personally used to scarily lockup. fitted discs, and absolutely amazing. stops much better and a lot less scary!

Drums offer no less force than discs however they suffer fade more and are harder to work on etc

sounds like you want discs on rear for looks? not just because they work better due to greater surface area and diametre. LMF do the mtech kit weld on plates £80/£90? comes with instructions how to and part numbers for cables etc. allows fitting of astra gte, cavalier dear disc's or even vectra b rear disc's with differant routing of cables but they would be five stud.

Drums on track over heat massively and fade like a bastard, my discs how ever don't and I can get much better compounds for the pads, with correct bias and tyre pressures you won't have any problems

OP never mentioned anything about track, he wanted them purely for looks, personally think it's too much a hassle of changing the beam/stubs which ever he decides to do purely for looks.
But if we're talking about track racing then yes i do believe discs are better than drums.
