if the sole purpose is to be able to drive places then surely the skyline thing was adequate?

A good clean up and a couple of well chosen mods and it will look proper retro cool.

it's nothing to do with that you prat. your comment just shows ridiculous immaturity.

the internet has made old cars ''cool''. mk1 golf's yes, old honda's with missing rubstrips, no.

it's just my personal opinion. stan posted a pic so i'm giving my critique. i'm not bothered whether you agree with me or not.

Why is an old Golf cool but that isn't out of interest? I think it could be awesome with the right mods. One being a B18c6. Yes, I'm a Honda fanboy and I make no excuses for it

Not at all, we all have our own opinions. I was just curious as to why the internet has made this sort of thing "cool" but Mk1 Golf's are somehow different? I would say the internet has made them cool to some extent, because you have access to some really fucking awesome cars that you wouldn't really see otherwise.

so you're admitting trying to wind people up for no reason? even though Ian's been trying to clamp down on it?

Stop crying Ben, one thing I admire is that it's 31 years old; I highly doubt most modern cars will see 20, let alone 30

excuse me? crying? i'm merely pointing out that when certain people de-rail a thread, people kick up shit.

yet others feel it's ok to do as they please and expect it to go under the radar.
