eat lots of food very often, chicken, tuna, fish, turkey, eggs, brown rice, wholemeal foods etc, cheese, protein shakes, mass gainers etc.

avoid normal bad foods really, sugary foods, drinks, sweets, etc, just eat clean foods often

Substitute water with milk.

Ambrosia creamed rice is one of the best bulking foods ive found. Ram as much weetabix down your throat in the mornings as well.

Bulk is bulk, smash the lot down. It's very hard to hit 3000+ calories eating clean.

Tin of beans on 4 slices of thick toast for your dinner and a tin of rice pudding afterwards will see close to 1500 calories. Youll make up the rest from your breakfast, tea and weight gainer shakes in between meals.

Wholemeal is fine. Hovis seeded sensation is what you want though. Avoid white bread.

have it with honey, it tastes much nicer, or make shakes out of peanut butter, protein powder and cottage cheese, blend it all together and get it down your neck
