Ive never had an issue with them. Used them plenty times in the past, would still use them if needed.
They are a budget tyre, will be more than enough for what you need.

I run them on mine. For a cheap tyre there not bad actually. Can be a bit hit and miss in the wet but in the dry there fairly grippy. I run 15's so i can get 4 for less than £180 delivered.

I found ns2's to be terrible in the dry and even worse in the wet. They are a cheap and cheerful tyre and 'do' but if you want something that grips and I would suggest spending a little more money.

My Aunty had a few on her old 405, they weren't too bad I've got to say. Compound is hard as fuck, but they're a bit hit & miss in the wet, so don't push them. In the dry they're good!

Avoid at all costs
The first (and only) time I ever put cheap tyres on my car. They were horrendous in the wet and I crashed on a road I had driven daily for 4 years. I cant understand why people spend loads on their cars then skimp on tyres! They are the only thing that keeps your pride and joy in contact with the road

Nankangs, will never ever touch one ever again, scary in the wet, and I had 2 of them do this to me at 70mph

Honestly they're not as bad as everyone seems to think. Admittedly the NS1's were renowned for being shite in the wet due to the tread pattern but as far as i'm aware they stopped making them. The NS2's are far better, they just seem to be tarred with the same misconception which imo is all a load of internet hype
I've got 185/45 NS2's on my OZ routes and i've not had a single issue with them, and i've driven in some pretty horrendous conditions with them. Dan's got 185/45s on his BBS on the turbo and he's had no issues with them.
