Anyone had any experience with all 3?
Sister has upped her budget to about 250 and they all fall into around that for 205/40/17

The problem with tyres is what suits one driver and one car is completely different to the next none Of them will chuck you straight into a ditch thou.

i have used parada spec 2's on my subaru for 2 or 3 years now and they have been fantastic, even in the snow i used them and they were fine, in the drier weather they are brilliant.

I had spec 2s all round and they are a lovely grippy tyre! Wet and dry and currently have spec 2s on the back and T1rs on the front and I can't complain about either really!
T1r's dont grip amazingly in the wet, can you not get rainsports?

Had all 3 - i loved the Paradas. Bit iffy in the wet, but i never drove hard in the wet much anyway. They are all around the same price on ebay for a set. Its between the Parada and T1R though, dont get the P4's.

proxes 4 are the same compound as T1r just a different tread pattern so not much between them..
never used pradas but first choice for tyres for me is toyo as theyre a compromise on performance and price
isnt gonna make a poops worth of difference on a roadcar, unless of course your a corsasport trackcar racer

I've been using T1Rs for a couple of years and they are alright. I needed two new tyres and all they had in stock were proxe 4s and I was told they are just the same. I don't feel they are as good in the wet as the T1Rs.

no experience with all three only T1Rs
everyone on the MX5 forums rate T1Rs but i wasnt so sure convinced they would be to soft and track orientated.
i looked on http://www.tyrereviews.co.uk/ and read the comments which gave me reason to bite the bullet and haven't looked back.
ok so they last 15-18months but i'm not driving an MX5 for the economy! the grip in the dry is superb and the wet isn't far off. i am not a fast wet driver but i certainly feel safe
