It was because he has been telling people that he thinks I have autism. Which of course I don't He seemed quite surprised to hear it from me. I said that he can think what he wants, of course, but I thought it was out of order telling people to which he said "yeah that's a fair comment". He said he was sorry and shouldn't have been saying it Which is more than I expected tbh.

I changed jobs a couple of weeks ago to go back to a pr3eious job I worked at for 4 years, but ot be the sales manger instead...
Some of the staff they have taken on that now do what I used to do is worrying, its like monday mornign stupid question hour at the moment! :@

He's a director of the company, the only person higher than him is the MD. As long as he stops telling people then that will do for me, nd he'll probably end up telling the people he's mentioned it to that it turned out not to be true etc anyway. I checked our company harassment policy and I could get him in massive trouble, but you have to talk to them about it first before going into filing complaints etc.
