Me and a mate are looking to get away on the weekend of 6th/7th October. Anywhere is good, as long as it's away from Cheshire and not stupidly expensive.

Firstly looked at music festivals but the only half decent thing I can find is SHAKEDOWN FESTIVAL.

Next we where thinking maybe Dublin or Prague for a couple nights?

Does anyone know of anything happening around them dates or can think of somewhere to go for a few nights. Preferably with beer and women around.

Go to Amsterdam, I was there a couple of weeks ago, only paid 115 for flights and 2 nights accomodation in a decent enough place. Can be abit dear when you get there, but not too bad.

EDIT: Pints in the centre would be between 4 and 6 euro, mainly 4-5 though.

No nothing gay.

The other lad came back from Amsterdam last weekend for a mates birthday and I'm not a massive fan of the idea tbh.

Poland isn't a bad shout, Krakow looks quite a nice place.

Been to Krakow, it was ace. Plenty of places to go drinking etc but also steeped in history for stuff to do during the day. Auschwitz is a must though, if not abit depressing but you'll regret not going imo
