Have a ring round local car garage places. At work we have a massive tank that we pour old coolant in, and one for old oil too. Then a company comes about once every two month or so and emptys it. Obviously the garage may want to charge you.

I've read about this but the EA can put chemicals down and track the source leading to massive fines, plus I have a dog and neighbours have cats etc, not exactly fair to poison everything...

Local tip will take it, or a garage as suggested

it won't be much coolant, and it'll already be a 50/50 mix, so just water it down even more.
when i changed mine, the pipe underneath came off and it all just washed away into a drain.

Click on Location Services and look in the Oil disposal and ELV treatments panels.
Do not pour it on the floor, no matter how dilute it is.
