Did you ever notice how towards the end of LOTR: Return of the King the CGI seems to go to shit?
Never noticed this before, but watched it yesterday on my amazing UltraHD 199" TV and especially towards the end there's some very evident green screen artifacts as well as Gollum not being completely blended in.

Wonder if they ran out of time/money or if the CGI team just couldn't be bother with any more and gave up!?

Edit to say, I'd like to watch the bluray transfer at some point to see if they've fixed this. If not it's going to look even more shit.
