After hitting a dear last year one of my air con pipes has cracked in half. its an aluminium pipe that goes in to a distriburion block type thing and looks very expensive to replace.
Does air con work under pressure or could I connect the broken pipe together with some rubber pipe (fuel hose?) and a couple of jubilee clips
Would this work and hold at cold temps?

Yeah high pressure, fuel hose and jubilees wouldn't do it.
There are rubber sections but they're thicker walled and have crimped fittings.

Can you get a pic of the pipe? As you can repair the pipe with special crimp pieces.
