Author ebay and paypal, not getting money until feedback

I've just sold 3 hard drives on ebay for a mate, used my ebay but his paypal account.
paypal wont give him the money until ive had feeback, saying its because hes new to ebay. now ive got 100% feedback bought and sold loads, is there any way to show paypal this and be able to withdraw the cash? postage will be £20 and he's literally got no money. so basically he cant post them until he gets the money but cant get the money until hes posted them!

id rather be able to just get the money rather than have to wait for people to leave feedback, considering the last thing i sold the feedback took 2 weeks
