I have a powerpoint presentation but I would like to make it properly interactive.

I'm pretty much after exactly what it shows at 1:20 in this video:

Where you can click buttons and it shows/hides sections on the page.

I've got inDesign but never used it before, I've used PS so shouldn't be too difficult however there's a full tutorial on Lynda.com anyone know where I can watch it for free?

Never used the site before and not likely to use it again...

Also, once its finished would I still get that functionality when it's converted to PDF(Interactive) and will the user need Flash player? As we don't have Flash at work so don't want waste a week if it's not going to work anyway.
