Just thought I'd share. Pretty much built this car from scratch.

It's not running much in terms of engine modifications at all.

Comments welcome on the car and driving good or bad.

Rob, did you see what Jack did when he wrote off his NHB EP3?? He says he saved a front end crash which turned into sliding into a wall at 80mph

I didn't see it but I think he lifted when saving which sent him into the barrier from what he said.

Didn't realise how wide your front tyres are, also didn't realise civic arches were wide enough to fit them in, quite interesting going for wider fronts, don't really notice many people doing it but makes sense with front wheel drive as they are doing all the work the the back tyres have to do is follow the front.

Have u had same front and rear then changed to this set up? I have set of 17x9 and 17x8 on the van but not sure i could put wider tyres n the 9s without catching at the front.

must be pretty grippy with 255 tyres

pic 4 looks like there is a lot of weight transfer going on. Setup quite soft just now?

Be interested to see what these handle like with the rear firmed up.

Had a mini cup car out for a test and was loving the rear whent he tyres were cold Any turn of the wheel and the rear was overtaking me, but 2 laps later and with warmer rears it was great, very pointing and was really nice to rotate the rear on the brakes.

It is very grippy

We have some new AST coilovers on order for it as although the Buddyclub Spring Rates are stiff'ish they're not good enough for track use.

AK - We paid 1.7K for this car originally, on 117K now and has done 7 - 8 trackdays and is still perfect
