How different are the brackets from a "b"? Are they slightly out or completely different?

Backbox would fit I believe, I had a B backbox that came off a C.

Unsure of centre.

had a quick look under my b & c and i would say no, the back box might be modified to fit but looks to big? mine a 2.5" lexmaul system on the c, centre has 4 mounts where as the b only has 2.
