I even saw one mate say he could cry he was so happy!

Its a fucking game!

I know im probably outnumbered but really, would you cry over a bunch of overpaid twats kicking a ball into more nets than another team??

I know of 2 lads who haven't spoken in 4 or 5 years cause of a disagreement between them over a Real Madrid vs. Barcelona match. Quite stupid when you think about it!

You honestly do not have to think about that at all to find it stupid. It just blatantly is. That actually defines stupid.

People who get emotionally involved with a football team are just as bad as or even worse than teenagers crying over Justin Bieber...

Bunch of pansies.

I remember years ago, arsenal played Chelsea in champions league game.

My mate started crying, went outside an kicked the fuck out of his car, it was wrecked.

What a tool

I've got no interest in football at all, but one of my mates from school punched a wall a few months ago because Spurs lost. Ended up breaking something in his hand. A bit OTT I thought

The amount of emotions you can go through watching your team is unbelievable. Sometimes those emotions can get the better of you. During an Old Firm game, whenever Celtic get over the half way line or get a corner; my heart is in my arse As Nath said, the whiners who don't really watch football won't have a clue.

I don't have a clue, its weird how other people care, when it all gets reset and everything starts again each year.

From what i see its usually the same handful of teams that win everything, i don't see why you would bother supporting a midrange team just because your dad supports them.

How do people choose a team to support anyway? I would rather pick a different team each year

I can't remember exactly what happened but it might have been that they were winning then lost.
