Kent one I use for work. Not sure if you can get it being public. Not cheap but very good and comes with 2 spray nozzles for fine and heavy.

I've used PLAST X at work before I think. Can get coarse and fine coats can also choose between the shade you need. About £15 a can iirc.

Its going to be hard to get a factory finish tbh as the plastics are moulded textured not painted. If its just for sideskirts though you wouldn't even notice the difference in textures, just go into your local paint shop and they'll have one perfect for the job.

UPOL Plast X all the way
use it at work to refurb damage plastics, you get course and fine texture coats, and light, medium and dark grey colours to match the coloured plastics needed

This
In my experience with the stuff - brilliant, buy the fine grade and get some 1000 grit paper and run it over the top after to take off any sharp bits, then just matt black it with aerosol so the finish is nice n even
