Are they a decent fan? like the idea they kick in 15 degrees earlier to keep tempratures down even more.

Just remember that cooler isn't always better, 15degrees is quite a bit early for it to kick in

How will they kick in 15 degrees earlier?, it's going to kick in at the same time as any other as its the switch at the side of the rad that turns it on :l

If you want it to kick in at a lower temperature you'll need a replacement fan switch, such as the Mishimoto one they mention in the advert.

So if i just bought the fan itself it would it would just come on same time as the standard fan?

Yea, you need a fan switch that closes at a lower temperature to make it kick in earlier.

Not too fussed about the fan switch if you have to buy it seperate,just want a decent quality fan without having to pay over over £100

its a fan.. my standard 1.2 16v fan works as good as any other fan and comes in as it should also got a switch on it to turn it on when ever i please and if you pay £100 for a fan i will shot you

I wouldn't pay £100 for a fan Kev that's why im asking about this because its half the price.

Just looking at them to make more room in the bay.

How have you got the fan wired up to a switch and for it to come on as normal?Wouldn't mind doing that on mine.

also GM fan is fine, nowt wrong with them. cant say is a space issue ether if i can fit a standard fan in
