All very well, but they aren't plasticuffs. They're zip ties. Plasticuffs are a different shape (and are only used temporarily until proper handcuffs can be used.)

A cable tie on each wrist with one joining always worked good on the apprentice when he was being a lazy shit, then hang them from the gantry crane

You sure? I thought they use Plasticuffs?

Sure Lifehacker posted that video a few months back as i remember watch a load of ITStactical vids but either way they also did a video where they used paracord to cut through Plasticuffs.
