Hi guys,
I just ordered and received a Bilstein B10 kit, but I don't think that it has any "top spring cup" with it. I'm not thinking about the top mount/bearing. As I have ordered a new top mount bearing kit too.
But I have to admit that I'm used to mess with and old mk1 escort And those front struts always have strut-spring-spring cup-top mount.
Do I need to source a spring cup for my new struts?
Cheers
The Dane

Yes you will need that cup bit! Has it got standard suspension on? If so take the whole lot off the top thats what i did with mine!

Yeah it's got standard suspension at the moment. Can't I get that spring cup anywhere else? As I would like to pull of the old strut complete, and have the new struts bolted together and ready to be fitted.
Isn't the top mount also a combined spring cup?

Not too sure! Best thing to do is find someone breaking a corsa/selling full front standard suspension and swap over the bits you need! Thats probably the easiest thing!
